Idea Exchange: Has the popularity for the Janlokpal movement gone down over time?

Social activist Anna Hazare vehemently denies any such trend and explicitly states that the “Popularity of Janlokpal movement is not going down. In fact, it is the support for this movement that has been continually increasing day by day. Besides, I never think about success and failure as my final objective because my cause of concern is to work for society. It is this aim that I shall continue abiding by for all my life!” He also explained that “We have received tremendous response for our protests, both in Delhi as well as Mumbai. JanLokpal is very close to people’s hearts and I can promise that they will continue to support our campaign in future also.”
