Society should be sensitive about children’s. We try to neglect our children when they complain about sexual harassment. But whenever these kinds of situations immerge we must take them seriously. Police is not only a social worker, but also plays a role of lawyer, counselor, physiatrist and friend as well. When we celebrate our festivals, they are on ground for our security. People must take initiative and build bonding with police. Police station is the only government office, which is open for 24×7, said Dr. Rashmi Karandikar at Lokstta Viva Lounge event in Mumbai.
